Loy-Nel Art Line
J.W. named this line for his 3 sons, Lloyd, Nelson, and Arthur. One of whom would found the first iteration of the pottery we all know and love. This line brightened up the previous brown glazes with greens and oranges applied over the typical glaze. Hand painted with colored slip decorations, shapes featured flowing forms and graceful lines.
The Loy-Nel Art line began production mid decade sometime, and continued a few years into what is known as the Brush-McCoy era. Post 1911 catalogs show that for some time, this line was produced along with known Brush-McCoy catalog items.
